AI Engineer (Agentic Workflows)

Wunderside is seeking a high-caliber AI Engineer specializing in agentic workflows and LLM orchestration. You will be responsible for designing the invisible infrastructure that powers our clients' profitability.

The Mission

We don't build "chatbots." We build autonomous agents that solve specific operational bottlenecks. You will architect multi-step reasoning chains, tool-augmented generation (TAG) systems, and self-healing error recovery protocols.

What you'll do

• Architect and deploy production-grade agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, or custom orchestration layers.
• Optimize LLM latency and token usage for high-volume operational tasks.
• Build and maintain vector databases and embedding pipelines for proprietary client data.
• Collaborate directly with our Service Designers to map real-world human processes into digital logic.
