2 POSITIONS FOUNDAI Engineer (Agentic Workflows)
Wunderside is seeking a high-caliber AI Engineer specializing in agentic workflows and LLM orchestration. You will be responsible for designing the invisible infrastructure that powers our clients' profitability. The Mission We don't build "chatbots." We build autonomous agents that solve specific operational bottlenecks. You will architect multi-step reasoning chains, tool-augmented generation (TAG) systems, and self-healing error recovery protocols. What you'll do Architect and deploy production-grade agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, or custom orchestration layers. Optimize LLM latency and token usage for high-volume operational tasks. Build and maintain vector databases and embedding pipelines for proprietary client data. Collaborate directly with our Service Designers to map real-world human processes into digital logic. What you bring Deep expertise in Python and TypeScript. Proven track record of deploying LLM-based systems beyond simple RAG. Strong understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation frameworks. Product Designer (Service Design)
Wunderside is looking for a Senior Product Designer with a heavy focus on Service Design and Design Systems. You will be the architect of our visual language and our clients' internal tools. The Role You aren't just making things look pretty. You are redesigning how businesses function. You will translate complex operational bottlenecks into intuitive, modular interfaces that feel premium and effortless. Responsibilities Maintain and evolve the Wunderside Design System (The Atomic Protocol). Lead discovery sessions to map out existing operational workflows. Design high-fidelity prototypes for internal tools, AI dashboards, and consumer-facing platforms. Work closely with AI Engineers to ensure design intent is perfectly matched with technical feasibility. Profile 5+ years of experience in Product Design, specifically with Design Systems. Expert-level Figma skills (Variables, Auto-layout, Advanced Prototyping). Strong understanding of structural design and information architecture.
